Delivery fees in Gauteng

    • 1kg – 25kg R80
    •  25kg – 50kg R99
    • 50kg – 100kg R120

Delivery fees outside Gauteng     

    • 1kg – 25kg R80
    • 25kg – 50kg R120

We also have a pick up option, place and pay order online and pick up at the store.

  1. How long will my order take to arrive?

We strive for the best service we can give you by delivering our orders in the quickest possible time.

Normally our orders to Major Centres takes place within 48 hours (2 working days).Sometimes things do happen that is out of our control, if that happens please allow up to 72 hours (3 working days) for your delivery to reach you.

As a result of the lockdown, please allow an additional 2 working days (5 working days in total) for all orders to be delivered in the Western Cape; and 7 workings for Kwazulu-Natal.

For remote and outlying areas please allow up to 10 working days for your delivery to reach you.

Stock Shortages

Should a product you have ordered be:

    • Temporarily unavailable, we will notify you thereof as well as the anticipated delay in delivery and, unless you agree to wait for such longer period for delivery, or accept delivery of another product instead, Global Animal Supplies will issue a refund in respect of that product to you or give you the option for a credit voucher to an amount equal to the price paid for the product
    • Discontinued / Permanently unavailable we will notify you and, unless you agree to accept another product instead, Global Animal Supplies will issue a refund in respect of that product to you or give you the option for a credit voucher to an amount equal to the price paid for the product

*Delivery fees will not be refunded if the unavailable item(s) are part of an order which included items that will still be delivered.
